Return Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our cigars and stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your cigars must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete the exchange or store credit process.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy:

We offer domestic and international shipping on all of our cigar products. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, and will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes upon delivery.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
